1. Acceptance of Terms

By using ProxiesFood services, purchasing proxies, or actively using our proxy network, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use our services for:

• Any illegal activities or purposes
• Spamming, phishing, or fraud
• Network abuse or exploitation
• Attacking or disrupting other networks
• Any activity that violates applicable laws

Violation of this policy will result in immediate termination of your plan without refund.

3. Payments & Refunds

All payments are processed via OxaPay cryptocurrency payments. We strictly do not offer refunds. All sales are final once payment is confirmed and the proxy account is activated.

4. Access Tokens & Recovery

Your access token is your only method to view proxy credentials. Save it securely.

If you lose your access token, you may recover it by contacting support with one of the following:

• Your blockchain transaction hash (TxID)
• Your OxaPay Track ID

Without valid proof of payment, we cannot recover or reissue access tokens.

5. Performance & Liability Disclaimer

ProxiesFood is not liable for:

• Failure to reach advertised speeds (throughput depends on target website, network conditions, and your software configuration)
• Blocked requests by target websites
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Issues caused by your own software or configuration

We provide the proxy infrastructure "as is" — actual performance varies based on factors outside our control.

6. Service Termination

We reserve the right to immediately terminate your plan without refund if we detect:

• Network abuse or excessive resource consumption
• Attempted exploitation of our services
• Violation of acceptable use policy
• Any activity that threatens our infrastructure

7. Connection Limits

Usage of 30,000+ concurrent connections for an extended period is considered excessive resource consumption and falls under network abuse. We reserve the right to limit your connections to 30,000 if this threshold is exceeded continuously.

To request removal of this limit, contact our support team to discuss your usage requirements and reach an agreement.

8. Downtime & Service Credits

In the event of service downtime (proxy server unavailability) that is confirmed on our end, we will reimburse affected plans with additional time equivalent to the duration of the outage. This is at our sole discretion based on our monitoring data.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
